As CMHA looks to the future of redevelopment of some of the larger multifamily communities, working with a co-developer allows the agency to stay focused on the important work of providing and maintaining the current housing stock while the co-developer works with the construction teams to manage timelines, materials, and compliancy. 

CMHA is working with The Gorman Company for the RAD renovation of Winton Terrace and City West.
