CMHA is a non-profit, public entity that was formed in 1933 to provide federally subsidized housing and housing assistance to low-income families, within Hamilton County, Ohio. CMHA is headed by a Chief Executive Officer and is governed by a seven-person board of commissioners and is subject to the requirements of Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2 CFR Part 200) and CMHA’s procurement policy.
