Together, these Winton Hills developments consist of more than 1,200 family units on roughly 120 acres. Homes at Winton Terrace date to the 1940s while those next door at Findlater Gardens are slightly more recent, having been constructed in the 1950s. For decades, thousands of Cincinnatians have raised children and nurtured communities in these historic properties. Today, the properties are due for rehabilitation to ensure they continue providing safe, dignified, and affordable housing for current and future residents.
