Located in the West End neighborhood immediately adjacent to downtown and Over-the-Rhine, the roughly 12-acre Stanley Rowe site is situated in one of Cincinnati’s most rapidly evolving areas. CMHA is committed to ensuring that Stanley Rowe residents are empowered to stay in the area and contribute to this changing community. Hundreds of residents currently call the development home, but the property is in need of substantial capital repairs. CMHA’s developer partnership will enable the agency to modernize the property and improve conditions while maintaining long-term affordability.
