CMHA is working to address Hamilton County’s well documented lack of affordable rental housing by developing high quality properties that are assets for residents, neighbors, and the greater Cincinnati community.
Since 2007, CMHA has developed several multi-family properties that house hundreds of Cincinnati families. These buildings provide safe and dignified housing for seniors, the disabled, veterans, and other vulnerable members of our community. What’s more, they have helped spur economic revitalization in neighborhoods throughout the county.
