Have you logged in to the Rent Café Partner Portal lately? Do you need to register? Did you know you can find HAP breakdowns for your tenants there? Also on the portal are inspection results, the payment ledger, banking details and more. Coming soon, RTAs will have to be submitted through the portal. The portal is available for you to access  at any time of day that is convenient.
