From concept to reality, Bennett Point is complete! Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority in partnership with Urban Sites constructed new affordable housing in the Pendleton neighborhood near 12th Street and Reading Road. Bennett Point is the new home for 56 families and includes a fitness center, a community gathering space and a laundry facility for the entire area. Join us for an inside look at reimagined affordable housing featuring modern amenities and plenty of closet space. The celebration takes place at 528 East 12th Street on December 7, 2023 at 10am.
