CMHA U: NSPIRE-V with USIG (afternoon session)

Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority wants to ensure you are prepared and have the best tools for success when the new inspection process goes into effect on October 1, 2025. We have secured training by U.S. Inspection Group (USIG).  Once you have completed USIG’s training session, you will fully understand the differences between HQS and NSPIRE. While the standards are significantly different, it doesn't have to be overwhelming. USIG will simplify the process allowing landlords to utilize their straightforward compliant checklist to ensure you are ready!

This special CMHA U will be held September 24, 2025, and is limited to 80 people. There will be two in-person sessions, with 40 attendees each.  Due to limited capacity only one person from a management group or organization will be allowed. Please note that the $100 fee is due at registration and includes NSPIRE book, handouts, etc. Get all you need to know before the full implementation. NSPIRE-V will be enforced for all inspections beginning October 1, 2025.
