Join us February 22nd for tips on how to avoid a cancelled RTA (Request for Tenant Approval). Missing signatures, errors with w-9 information, duplicate submissions are just some of the causes for cancelled RTAs. Do you know how many initial inspections are conducted before the RTA is cancelled? The RTA Refresher will provide new and seasoned owners with a guide on completing the form properly and help avoid delays in processing and move-ins.
