Encourage your future HCV tenants to complete the Good Neighbor Certificate Program!
The “Good Neighbor Program” is a voluntary program designed to educate Housing Choice Voucher participants on daily household upkeep, participants’ responsibility in maintaining the unit in a clean and safe manor, and other life management skills.
Landlord Outreach Coordinators will explain what potential tenants will learn during the information sessions.
