The Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority and Urban Styles Barber & Beauty Salon are partnering to provide CMHA’s school age children with a discounted Hair Cut Special of $10 beginning August 14, 2017—August 31, 2017.  And CMHA is paying the $10!
