HCV Conversion Notice

CMHA’s agency-wide conversion to a new software system is in progress.  The switch will help provide better customer service to you. Due to no software access, the HCV Program will accept documents  only February 4—7, 2020

How this impacts you!

• The HCV staff will not be able to process paperwork or RTAs due to the software conversion.
• No RTA Express.
• The HCV lobby will be open for clients to drop off documents and to receive answers to general questions.
• Owners may drop off RTAs for processing at a later date.
• Processing returns February 10, 2020.
