Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority moved the recertification and report of change updates to an online process via the Resident Portal. Now CMHA is moving voucher issuance, intakes, briefings and Request for Tenancy Approval (RFTA) online. We understand this new change could be challenging, so CMHA is providing informational sessions for residents/participants. The sessions will be held on select Mondays from 9am to 10am and Fridays from 2pm to 3pm, online via Teams.
