Portal Help at Library

Have you registered for the portal but still need help on how to use it? You can get help from a CMHA Team member. Also keep in mind that annual recertification for the Housing Choice Voucher Program must be done online. Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority  will assist HCV Participants with the Rent Café Resident Portal at the Westwood Branch Library (3345 Epworth Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45211).

• Tuesday, March 25: 10am to 12:30pm
• Thursday, March 27: 2:30pm to 4:30pm

Participants can also get help at the HCV Administrative Office Mondays through Fridays from 8:15am through 4:30pm.
