Effective August 1, 2024, Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority is moving on-line with Intake and Annual Recertifications through Rent Café portal. This also includes any Report of Change. This means some changes in how CMHA requests and accepts documents from our Landlords and Tenants.
CMHA is offering training so you have a better understanding on how the process will go.
