CMHA Asset Management Eligibility Requirements

Asset Management is limited to income-qualified families and individuals.

  • Income Limits: Total gross annual household income must fall within HUD-established low-income limits for the region.
  • Background Check: All household members over the age of 18 must pass criminal background and police checks. CMHA may deny admission if past habits or practices could negatively affect other residents or property safety.
  • Citizenship: Applicants must document U.S. citizenship or eligible immigrant status
