1. Call 513-977-5800 for Customer Service. They have many of the answers to the questions you are asking.
2. Email hcvhelp@cintimha.com with your general questions.
3. If you are already a voucher participant or Landlord in the program, please log into your portal and send a message to a specialist through the portal.
Technical assistance e-mailbox, hcvhelp@cintimha.com, for reporting concerns or issues regarding the HCV Program. CMHA will respond to an inquiry sent to this web address within one business day.

Voucher holders who want to Port-in to the CMHA HCV Program can submit requests by email to Ports@cintimha.com or by fax to 513-665-3140. Contact your Housing Specialist if you want to Port-out.
