How do I Apply for Asset Management/Low-Income Public Housing?
Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) provides affordable housing to low-income families, the elderly, and people with disabilities in Hamilton County. CMHA offers a range of housing options and assistance. The Asset Management/LIPH properties provide over 3,700 units varying between efficiency and six-bedroom, located within Hamilton County.
You can submit a preliminary application at any time. Once you apply, your application will stay on the waiting list until you are selected.
The process will take you about 20 minutes to complete the preliminary application. Before you begin, make sure you have the following
items:
- A computer with internet access
- An active email account where you can receive communications
- Note which properties and programs you qualify for and plan to apply for.
- The names and ages of any members of your household
- Your annual household income
Register on: http://myinfo.cintimha.com- Create an account on the CMHA portal
Submit Preliminary Application: Complete the online application, which includes selecting preferred properties and providing required information.
Wait List: Once submitted, the application is placed on the correct bedroom size waiting list


AFTER YOU SIGN-UP AND REGISTER
- Look for a Response via Email or Mail
- Asset management will place your name on the waiting list
- If you are selected from the waiting list, you will be notified via email and asked to complete a full application.
ONLY AFTER YOU RECEIVE A NOTICE, YOU WILL
- Submit Full Application and Determine Eligibility
- On http://myinfo.cintimha.com, complete the full application and CMHA will review the application to determine if you are eligible for the program.
IF YOU Receive an Offer Letter for an Available Unit
- If your application is approved, You will receive an offer letter showing the property you’ve been selected to lease.
