Thousands of Hamilton County residents call CMHA properties home. In order to ensure their apartments remain affordable, safe, and well maintained over the long term, CMHA is partnering with several development organizations as part of an ambitious new initiative.
These partnerships will allow CMHA to leverage new financial resources and increased human capital to improve residents’ quality of life. All developers selected to take part in this process have proven track records in affordable housing development. They are eager to work with CMHA to ensure residents are empowered to influence the redevelopment of their homes.
