The Building For The Future Inclusion & Sustainability
“Best Practices” Seminar is designed for Section 3 Professionals, Community Developers, Housing Professionals, Business Consultants and Entrepreneurs. Join us October 20th from 8am to 4:30pm at the Cincinnati Contemporary Learning Center (1635 Western Ave. - 45214). Rafiq A. Munir the HUD Section 3 Program Analyst in the Economic Opportunity Division will be our special guest.
This full-day intensive training includes a combination of group discussion, interactive learning and hands-on exercises, allowing attendees to explore sustainability and inclusion “best practices,” while developing skills to operate more effectively and efficiently.
You will be challenged to think outside of the box, to innovate as you create greener, more sustainable low-income neighborhoods. This seminar will help you identify Section 3 inclusion opportunities and explore a palette of tools to scale-up and build capacity for small and diverse businesses. You will better understand the implications of climate change and how to explain its impact on housing and low-income neighborhoods.
Space is limited to the first 50 attendees! Register online or by email.
