Currently, Touchstone Property Services, Inc. (TPS) oversees 16 CMHA-owned properties, comprising a total of 1,641 units. These properties have either recently undergone a full modernization and updates through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program, or are newly constructed, reflecting our commitment to providing high-quality, modern housing options. Additionally, there are 37 affordable housing in Hamilton County for families that are mixed income, which may be used for Housing Choice Voucher program participants.
